Growing Smarter in the Mallee
Information and objectives:
The Mallee Regional Innovation Centre developed and ran a two-day ag-tech summit – Growing Smarter in the Mallee – in May 2022. The event saw growers, industry and the education sector come together at the SuniTAFE Smart Farm to learn more about the latest innovations in horticultural production.
Through speakers, practical demonstrations, workshops and farm tours, delegates were able to hear and see what was happening in remote sensing and smart data systems, irrigation automation, robotics and yield estimation.
