How do I book a room for events?
To make room bookings for your events, or if you require equipment for an event, please email engit-studentclubs@unimelb.edu.au at least three weeks prior to the event.
Need to book Wilson Hall?
If you would like to host an event in Wilson Hall, please download the below document, fill in the details, and return to engit-studentclubs@unimelb.edu.au. Whilst it is not guaranteed that this space will be free, it is important that you return these details to our team at least 6-8 weeks ahead of your event.
*Please note, by filling out the above form, does not guarantee your requested booking at Wilson Hall. All Wilson Hall bookings are subject to availability confirmed by the Venue Management team at UoM.
