ExxonMobil Awards for Excellence
ExxonMobil established this award to recognise and support outstanding achievements by students in the penultimate year of the Master of Engineering.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:
- be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- be enrolled in your penultimate year of the Master of Engineering, meaning that you have completed more than 100 points but less than 200 points at the time of applying.
Value
Three awards of $3,000 are available.
Shortlisted applicants may also be considered for the ExxonMobil Engineering Vacation Program.
Selection criteria
Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:
- Academic merit
- Strength of personal statement covering extracurricular activities and work experience
Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend an online interview conducted by a representative of ExxonMobil and members of faculty academic staff. Interviews will be held in mid-April.

2021 applications are open Friday 5 March – Tuesday 23 March 2021.
