The Eugen Singer Award was established by Mrs Josephine Singer in commemoration of her late husband, Eugen Singer, who distinguished himself as a chemical engineer working in the field of precision engineering associated with the production and processing of polymers.
The scholarship is open to students who are undertaking a postgraduate research degree in the study of polymers, including their production and processing.
One scholarship is available and is valued at $10,000, to be paid over the remainder of the recipient’s degree.
Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:
- Financial need
- Academic merit
- The strength of your research
