Gilbert Rigg Scholarship
Eligibility
Open to students enrolled in a higher degree by research who are undertaking research in a field related to Mining and Metallurgy in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT) — Mechanical, Geomatics or Civil Engineering or the Faculty of Science in particular Earth Sciences or any other department offering subjects relevant to Mining and Metallurgy.
Value
One scholarship valued at $30,000 p.a. for 3.5 years.
Description
In order to meet the admission criteria, candidates must have a strong background in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, Engineering, Earth Sciences or equivalent with honours H2A or higher.
