How the values were developed
Our six values were originally established as an outcome of a consultative program of work in 2020. Since then a values working group has been exploring how we might encourage staff to meaningfully engage with, and contribute to, the values. This working group comprised a diverse selection of staff from across Faculty, bringing a range of perspectives that has informed how the values have been represented within this playbook. Our shared goal is for these values to resonate with all corners of FEIT as well as align with our vision for 2025, which states that a unique culture will be a fundamental aspect of our success.
