Professor Andrew O'Loughlin

Professor Andrew O'Loughlin, prior to working in academia, has over 25 years of industry experience across a variety of different industry sectors, from manufacturing through to service. His areas of specialisation and expertise are Creativity and Technology and Innovation Management with a particular focus on Supply Chain Management and Circular Economy.

Professor Andrew O'Loughlin is a Professor of Management and Director, Regional Strategy and Engagement, Eastern Region at Federation University. He has previously held positions at Latrobe University Deakin University and Monash University in Australia and the University of Surrey, Cranfield University and Henley Management College in the UK. Prior to a career in academia Andrew spent 25 years managing businesses in a number of different sectors and later consulting to large multinationals operating across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Andrew’s research on creativity and innovation management and supply chain management has been extensively cited and used by industry, to manage their strategic planning process and develop training programs for employees.
