Endeavour Exhibition highlights student ingenuity
Student talent was put on the map at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology's second Endeavour Exhibition of 2026.
The Exhibition is held twice a year, showcasing the curiosity and collaboration behind final-year students' capstone projects.

The day gives students the opportunity to make industry connections, practice pitching their projects, and showcase their work to a professional audience.
Following a day on the South Lawn at Parkville Campus, students gather for the awards ceremony, where discipline, industry and people's choice awards are announced.
This year's People's Choice Award went to Chaoyan Yu, Sherin Alianto, Anant Jain, Chujun Liu, Robyn Hsu and Raiyan Iqbal for their Information Systems Capstone Project.
Their project looked at how AI agents can help create a more connected bushfire early-warning process. Although various technologies already support fire monitoring, risk assessment and public warnings, information can be fragmented across different systems, tools and organisations.
Rather than replacing human decision-makers, their proposed approach focuses on providing clear and useful information to support their decisions.
