Airwallex Scholarship
Description
This 2020 award has been established through the generous support of Airwallex to support a high-achieving student who is experiencing disadvantaged circumstances.
Eligibility
The scholarship is open to coursework students within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology who
- Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Are in their first semester of the Master of Engineering, Master of Information Systems or Master of Information Technology
- Demonstrate disadvantage via a personal statement.
Value
One scholarship valued at $20,000 (paid across four semesters).
Selection criteria
Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:
- The degree of disadvantage as per the Graduate Access Melbourne (GAM) category ranking.
- Academic merit based on the student’s performance in their undergraduate degree.
