Dr. Claudia Sandberg (PhD)

Senior Teaching Fellow, Film Scholar and Filmmaker

Claudia Sandberg is a film historian and filmmaker and works as Senior Lecturer Technology in Culture and Society at the University of Melbourne. Her research interests include Cold War audio-visual memory, German and Latin American cinemas, and socialist film cultures. Claudia teaches the breadth subject Science and Engineering in Popular Culture and currently prepares a project on science fiction filmmaking in non-Western countries.
