Scholarships for Engineering and IT pathway students
Thanks to the support of our generous donors and supporters, you’re able to apply for a range of scholarships to support you in your study pathway to Engineering & IT.
There are various types of scholarships available for students on a different pathway to a degree in Engineering or Information Technology. Please check each individual scholarship pages for full list of eligibility and selection criteria.
The following scholarships are available in 2023:

| Airwallex Excellence in Technology Scholarships | Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Design with a major in Computing and Software Systems | Have completed at least 100 credit points, but less than 150 credit points* please visit individual page for more information | 3 -21 March & 18 August - 5 September |
| Paterson Scholarship | Pathway degree with the intention to study one of the 300 point engineering masters coursework degrees | First year | 3 - 21 March |
| Loxton Scholarship in Engineering | For students with the intention to study a Master of Chemical Engineering in 2024 | Final year of your undergraduate degree (also open to students not currently studying at The University of Melbourne) | 18 August - 05 September |
| Pearson William Tewksbury Scholarship | For students with the intention to study a Master of Chemical Engineering in 2024 | Final year of your undergraduate degree (also open to students not currently studying at The University of Melbourne) | 18 August - 05 September |
| Undergraduate Excellence in CIS Scholarship | Completed the subject Design of Algorithms (COMP20007) as part of their Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Design | Automatic consideration | Winner(s) are announced in Semester 1 of the following year |
