Scholarship Application Process

Step 1

Check application periods and submission deadlines (extensions are not permitted.)

Step 2

Review the eligibility and selection criteria of the scholarship or award.

Step 3

Choose scholarships or awards that you will be applying for and gather necessary supporting documentation (recommendation letters, referee details, budget and travel documents) if required.

Step 4

Submit your application via SmartyGrants, making sure that you have responded to each question to support why you should be the recipient of the scholarship or award. If the scholarship requires you to complete the FEIT Financial Need form, ensure that you have completed the correct form.

Step 5

Await decision- this should be approximately within 6-8 weeks of the application submission date.

Step 6

If successful, you will need to respond to the offer and complete an Award Acceptance form which includes a note to the donor or sponsor of your scholarship.

Step 7

If successful, ensure your bank details listed in your student portal are correct.
