  • Spiritual Resilience: Expanded holistic health and fitness approaches to ‘whole-of-person’ wellbeing.

Key impact areas include:

  • Improved Physical Performance and Readiness: Research findings will be applied to enhance physical readiness, improving operational effectiveness and reducing injury rates.
  • Enhanced Mental Resilience and Cognitive Function: Psychological resilience training and cognitive performance optimisation will lead to better decision-making under stress, reducing the risk of mental health issues.
  • Scientifically Enhanced Capability: Developing new approaches to support research-based processes to enhance resilience and performance.
  • Faster Recovery and Rehabilitation: New recovery protocols will shorten the time required for injured individuals to return to peak performance and reduce long-term healthcare costs.
  • Supporting Human Resilience: Providing quality care and improving wellbeing outcomes for individuals.

The establishment of the HPRRC represents a transformative opportunity to invest in cutting-edge research that prioritises the physical and mental wellbeing of the individual. The HPRRC will deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that enhance human performance capabilities and recovery.
