Governance Committee
The role of the Governance Committee is to set directions and goals, and monitor the progress of the Prefabrication Group, including CAMP.H , within the Department of Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Melbourne. To achieve this the Governance Committee is responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the group’s objectives and goals are clear
- Approving the strategic plans
- Approving expenditure and ensuring the approved budget is not exceeded
- Supporting the Directors of each project within the Prefabrication Group
