A standardised Inventory for Measuring and Monitoring the State of Australia's Road Safety Culture: Development, Validation, and a Longitudinal Testing

Project Summary

The project develops a standardise instrument to quantify and measure the state of road safety culture in Australia and to benchmark Australia on the global stage in terms of road safety culture. The resultant standardised instrument can be used in Australia as well as universally around the world to monitor road safety climate and take proactive approaches in mitigating road safety risks as opposed to the traditional reactive approach that learns from statistics of fatalities and injuries.
