The kick-off workshop is the first stakeholder engagement activity for voluntarily recruited participants of the project who are suitable for involvement.
- The objectives of the workshop are to:
- Introduce the Project Scope and Purpose
- Demonstrate Device Functionality
- Explain the Installation Process
- Detail Participant Responsibilities
- Outline Communication and Engagement Procedures
- Survey and Reimbursement Process
- Address Privacy and Data Security
- Facilitate Q&A and Feedback
Before attending the workshop, you must ensure that you are eligible to take part in the project. You will need to answer the pre-screening questionnaire. This should take approximately 1 – 2 minutes.
