Join us for a FREE Meditation or Pilates Session! This relaxing and invigorating experience is designed to improve your mind and strengthen your body. You will be guided by our expert instructors. Don't miss out on this opportunity to destress and improve your overall well-being. See you there!

All classes will take place in person at Market Hall in Building 189.

PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES EARLIER TO ENSURE YOU ARE ALL SET-UP FOR THE SESSION.

Sessions:

  1. Monday 15 April 10:30AM - 11:00AM (Meditation)
  2. Monday 15 April 11:15AM - 11:45AM (Pilates)
  3. Wednesday 8 May 11:30AM - 12:00PM (Meditation)
  4. Wednesday 8 May 12:15PM - 12:45PM (Pilates)

What to bring:

  • Drink bottle
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Gym Towel
  • Student ID Card

Please note:

  • Due to space constraints, we ask that each student reserves only one session. Should a student book multiple sessions, we may request the cancellation of additional bookings unless sufficient space is available.
