The FEIT Teaching and Learning Laboratory

The Teaching and Learning Laboratory (TLL) in the Faculty of Engineering and IT leads research-based enhancements to teaching and learning. The Laboratory collaborates to create evidence-based enhancements to teaching and learning. Through our research and educational development, we lead the direction of engineering and IT practice. We aim to give students the best possible opportunities to develop the competencies to lead successful lives contributing to sustainable high quality future lives and societies.

Fields we investigate include

  • Teaching and learning practice and evaluation
  • Innovative educational technologies and integrations
  • Lifelong engineering and IT competency development

Our practical collaborations with staff include inductions, communities of practice, teaching networks, development programs, peer review, subject design workshops, and pilots.
