The Girls’ Programming Network is a group of women and girls into computer science, programming and information technology. We run workshops once per school term for highschool girls! Girl Power in Engineering & IT Residential Camp Run over four years, this program teaches girls about careers in STEM and builds a community of like-minded individuals through camps, work experience and mentoring opportunities. | Years 9–12 | 5 - 8 July, 2026 |

Residential Indigenous Science Experience (RISE) A five-day residential program in the sciences and applied sciences | Year 9 & 10 indigenous students | TBC |
Engineering and IT partnered up with Science Gallery Melbourne to offer four events for Secondary School students,to take place 17-20 September 2024. Life on Mars, flying machines, past imaginations of the future and virtual realities – every day of the week offers a different focus. Come at 11am, get a tour of the Science Gallery exhibition, and see a film at the Black Box Theatre. FEIT student ambassadors help run the sessions from explaining engineering concepts to activities that cement the learnings. Participation is free, but places are limited. | Years 10-12 | TBC |
