Lili Allard

Lili Allard is a PhD researcher with degrees in Philosophy and Sociology from Ghent University, Belgium. She commenced her joint PhD project in 2025 at KU Leuven and the University of Melbourne.

Lilli is supervised by Prof. Greet Langie and Dr. Sofie Crapps at KU Leuven, and by Prof. Sally Male at the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on social interactions between international and local students, using a multi-national study design. Her research interests include inclusive learning environments, diversity and inclusion in engineering education, and the internationalisation of higher education.
