Imaging Flow Cytometry

The Amnis Imagestream X MkII Imaging Flow Cytometer (ISX) bridges the gap between microscopy and flow cytometry by combining the structural information from microscopy and the high throughput nature of flow cytometry

The Amnis Imagestream X MkII Imaging Flow Cytometer (ISX) bridges the gap between microscopy and flow cytometry by combining the structural information of microscopy with the high throughput nature of flow cytometry.

The ISX can image 12 channels simultaneously, including 10 fluorescence plus brightfield and side scatter at up to 5000 cells per second. This combination of speed, imaging information and sensitivity make it suitable for a wide range of experiments, including identifying colocalisation, internalisation, nuclear fragmentation and cell morphology.
