Atomic force microscopy

The MCFP hosts three Atomic Force Microscopes. These are available to carry out a wide range of imaging and measurements.

Cypher AFM

The Cypher is currently the highest resolution AFM on the market.
MFP-3D AFM

The platform has two MFP-3D AFM instruments as well as a MFP-3D BioAFM that are mounted on an inverted optical microscope.
Bio-MFP3D AFM

The Bio-MFP3D AFM is situated inside a PC2 certified laboratory so it is ideal for biological and live cell measurements.
