MCFP at AMAS-XVI!

MCFP still out and about, with Darryl and Anders in Brisbane!

Academic Specialists Anders Barlow and Darryl Johnson are attending AMAS XVI, an international conference discussing all things microscopy, microbeams, and microanalysis. Topics include mineralogy, paleoceanography, sustainable concretes, petrology, art conservation, biomaterials, and investigations of extraterrestrial materials.

Darryl is discussing new insights into the endogenous elemental composition of splenocytes using our Nu Instruments Vitesse and ESL ImageBio LA-ToF-ICP-MS system.

And we are enormously proud to celebrate Dr Darryl Johnson, who was awarded a bursary from the Australian Microbeam Analysis Society (AMAS) at the symposium dinner. Being able to engage with the AMAS community and discuss the work being undertaken within the MCFP is tremendously valuable, and bursaries such as these enable these activities to happen.
