Celebrating Excellence! Raveen Wijesuriya receives 2025 Outstanding Professional Staff Award at School of CBE Excellence Awards!

Raveen is our X-ray characterisation expert, managing the XRD and XRF node of the MCFP. Raveen's impact on our research community is far-reaching. His modernisation of the X-ray node has empowered our researchers with new analytical capabilities and elevated the quality and scope of outputs in disciplines spanning the academy. He is committed to researcher development, training hundreds of users since joining us, and actively contributing to education initiatives with colleagues across faculties.

We couldn't be more proud of all that Raveen has achieved, and this is welcome and well-deserved recognition!
