20th anniversary celebration a huge success
On Thursday September 23rd 2021, our team held our 20th anniversary celebration event. It was a resounding success, with over 300 guests joining online from over 75 countries across multiple time zones.
Several awards were presented at the event, including three Lifetime Achievement awards and five CSDILA Team Service awards, as well as the Thornton-Smith medal and the 2021 Hackathon Prize. Professor Abbas Rajabifard also launched the CSDILA 20-year report:
We were honoured to be joined by senior staff of the University’s Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, members and representatives from industry and government, and many other academic institutions around the world.
